To prove you how diverse, creative and ful of flavour the plant-based kitchen is, the concept of ESSKALATION is based on a weekly changing lunch menu. Here you can chose between three options: usually a salad/soup/stew (depending on the season), a pasta or rice dish and our ESSKALATION Bowl with very creative & varied combinations. The first two dishes we offer in two portion sizes (small & large) to meet your hunger & culinary needs in the most flexible way.
And don't forget to taste our homemade cakes for dessert as well as our delicious coffee brewed with the beans from Tim & Sebastian's (specialty coffee roastery from Cologne - Frechen).
