With the ESSKALATION on the food mile in Bonn Poppelsdorf, we offer you not only our lunch concept (Mon-Fri), but also a weekend brunch as well as exclusive drinks and selected wines - all in a super relaxed atmosphere and of course 100% plant-based.
You can view the weekly changing lunch menu here every Sunday. There is also delicious coffee with various milk alternatives, lemonades and our homemade cakes and tarts.

Lunch
From Monday to Friday you can try our weekly changing lunch menu. Here you can choose between two main courses and an ESSKALATION bowl. We attach great importance to the influence of many regional and seasonal products, which we combine with beloved exotic items. Of course you can also order all dishes to go - in our environmentally friendly deposit glasses!
Brunch
If you aren't already a foodie, you will be now! At the weekend we spoil you from 9:30 a.m. with a breakfast and brunch offer that will give you the perfect start to your day. Here you can choose between sweet and savory classics as well as new creations - everything à la carte, no buffet, because #againstfoodwaste.

Coffee & cake
Attention cake and coffee lovers: We like to overdo it with our home-baked cakes. It can be addictive... Add to that a coffee, flat white or matcha latte with a milk alternative of your choice - do you need anything more to be happy?!
Dinner
Dinner is back! You've been waiting for it for a long time and now the time has come! From May 17th, 2024, we'll be escalating for you again in the evenings - initially every Friday & Saturday from 5:30 p.m. with a rich finger food platter and really good drinks. New concept, same FOOD CALATION! The finger food platters will vary slightly from week to week and will be topped with lots of hot and cold snacks. Goodbye to studying menus for a long time - with us you can concentrate on your date and let us surprise you with culinary delights.
