We, ESSKALATION, are a restaurant concept in Bonn that is based exclusively on plant-based cuisine. The name says it all - we escalate! At our location at Clemens-August-Straße 7a in Bonn-Poppelsdorf - one of Bonn's most popular nightlife districts - we currently offer our guests a brunch & lunch concept that is unique in Bonn. In order to finally revive the evening business, we are looking for a kitchen manager who will develop an exciting concept with us.
We are looking for a passionate person who approaches the work with a lot of creativity, ambition and passion for cooking as well as organizational talent.

This is what we offer:
Management of all kitchen-related processes as well as the kitchen team in the evening business
(Co-)design of the menu including recipe development & calculation
Organisation of purchasing & inventory management in cooperation with the management
Your work with us:
Completed vocational training as a cook (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience, preferably already in a management position
Creativity, passion for cooking, initiative and resilience in stressful situations
cost-oriented & efficient working methods
respectful interaction & team spirit
Plus point: relevant experience in plant-based cuisine
